Vadivelu is back ;)

Comedy actor Vadivelu kept away from acting in films for the last 1 ½ years. He was not approached by anyone because he had canvassed for the DMK Party in the last Tamil Nadu State Assembly Elections. At that point of time he was also involved in the problems with his colleague Singamuthu. Now relieved from all these problems, Vadivelu is taking up acting once again. He has been signed for the lead role in the film titled Tenali Raman. Yuvaraj is directing this film. Vadivelu is donning dual roles in this film. He had earlier donned dual roles in the film Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi. Director Yuvaraj while speaking about this said, "This is a full length comedy film which has a historical backdrop. When I narrated this story to Vadivelu, he was impressed and gave his nod." Apart from this Vadivelu will be acting in Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi-Part 2 to be directed by Chimbudevan. He will also be acting in another film directed by K S Ravikumar.
