‘I play the role of a Christian girl in Kadal’ says Thulasi

‘I have commented on my sister Karthika’s films and never imagined that I would be there one day performing before a camera’ starts off Thulasi, who cannot stop sharing about her experience working with Manirathnam’s Kadal.   The actress says, “One day Manirathnam had come to my home in Mumbai and saw me getting down the steps.   I was surprised to hear him say that he was searching for a girl like me and his heroine is finalized. While shooting for the film, it was a great experience. Since, major portion of the film has been shot across the sea locales, the temperature was high and the wind was so heavy that it used to carry us away’ says Thulasi, who continues to add that she plays the role of a Christian girl in this film and cannot reveal more than this.
