Singam 2 which has Surya in the lead role has been released today. Anushka and Hansika have donned the female lead roles. Hari has directed this film. Speaking about this film, Surya has mentioned, " Singam 2 is a sequel to the film Singam. This film will be racier than the first part. The villains of Singam 2 will have the connections of the most powerful dreaded international people. This film is a wholesome commercial entertainer. The audience will like this. There will be lots of innovations in Singam 2.Santhanam and Hansika are included in the cast. The villain role will be very horrific. Devi Sriprasad has composed the music. This music is a great strength to this film and will journey throughout the film. We saw the film. It has come out well. The film will definitely be a hit. We are waiting for the verdict of the people. When Singam was released many were asking that when Singam 2 will be released. I spoke to Hari with regard to this. He also readied the story. Now we have produced this film and released it. There is a question that whether sequel to Singam 3 will be produced. This depends on the success of Singam 2.
