Music composer G V Prakash gets married to playback singer Sainthavi...

The marriage between Music composer G V Prakash and playback singer Sainthavi took place yesterday in Chennai. Members from the film industry came in large numbers and wished the couple. G V Prakash Kumar is the son of A R Reihana who is the sister of Oscar Award winning music composer A R Rahman.    G V Prakash is also a music composer. He and playback singer Sainthavi are childhood friends. Both of them have sung songs for films. At that point of time, romance blossomed between the two. Family members of G V Prakash and Sainthavi had given the green signal for their marriage. After this, Sainthavi was betrothed to G V Prakash. The marriage took place yesterday morning at Mayor Ramanathan Chettiar Mandapam.    The reception was held yesterday evening at the same venue. Directors Balu Mahendra, Manirathnam, Bala, K Bagyaraj, Rajeev Menon, A L Vijay, actors Surya, Shanthanu, Suhasini, Poornima, Dhanshika, music composer Deva, playback singers L R Eswari and Nithyasree Mahadevan participated in the marriage function and blessed the couple. Apart from them, many important members of Tamil, Telugu and Hindi film industries attended the marriage.
