Ajith to undergo surgery after competing two films

Ajith after completing two films will have to undergo surgery because of his leg injury. After the surgery he has to take rest for four months and because of this, he has not accepted any new films. Ajith Kumar is currently acting in a film produced by A M Rathinam. Nayanthara is pairing with him in this film.

The film which has been directed by Vishnuvardhan has also Arya and Tapsee in the cast. The shooting of this film has taken place in Mumbai. While shooting for this film, Ajith legs were injured when he jumped from one running car to another. Ajith had acted in this sequence taking risk without using any dupe.

He was rushed to the hospital. Doctors treated him. Ajith was experiencing severe pain in his leg. He was taking pain killers and was acting in this film. The pain became very severe and when Ajith had contacted the doctors they told him that surgery is the only remedy and he should take rest for four months.

Ajith did not go for immediate surgery because he felt that his producers would be affected. So he has decided to undergo surgery after completing the two films. The shooting of Vishnuvardhan’s film is to be completed soon. The shooting of the film which is to be directed by Siruthai Shiva which has Ajith in the lead role is to commence during the month of April. The shooting of this film will be completed during the month of October. So he will undergo surgery on 21st October and will be taking rest for four months and because of this, he has not accepted any new films.
