Why I am acting in heart donation story says Sarathkumar

Chennaiyil Oru Naal is a film which has Sarathkumar, Radhika, Vijayakumar, Cheran and Prakash Raj in the cast. This film which has been produced by Radhika Sarathkumar and Listin Stephen is being directed by Shaheed Khaddar.

When asked Sarathkumar that why he is acting in this film, he said, " This film is the remake of the super hit Malayalam film. This film had won many awards. Kamal Haasan wanted to remake this film in Tamil. Ajay Devgan is remaking this film in Hindi.

This film is also being remade in Kannada. We are remaking this film in Tami. This film is based on Hithendran who met with an accident and his brain was dead. His parents in order save the life of a small girl donated their son’s heart.

The heart should be removed by surgery and fitted into another person within four hours. How this heart reaches Vellore from Chennai within two and half hours in spite of heavy traffic congestions is narrated in a tremendous thrilling manner.
