Hollywood stunt masters in Jiiva film

Ravi K Chandran is a famous cinematographer who has handled camera for numerous films including Tamil films such as Aayutha Ezhuthu, Kannathil Muthamittal, Boys and Ezham Arivu is for the first time directing a Tamil film titled Yaan. Ravi K Chandran while speaking about his film said, " A time will come for a person to realize about himself.

Such a time comes to the hero. Romance also comes at the same time. An enmity also comes. What happens to this enmity is the climax. I had written this story many years ago. This story is based on an incident that I had read in a newspaper. When I narrated the story to Jiiva, he liked it. Thulasi who had acted in Kadal is donning the female lead role.

Others in the cast are Nasser, Jai Prakash, Nawab Shah, Hollywood actor Daniel, Thambi Ramaiah and Suri. The action sequences of this film will be first of its kind in Indian cinema. The high class world stunt masters such as Kecha Khamphakdee ( Thailand) and Hollywood’s Jaika Stunt team are working in this film.

Manush Nathan is handling the camera for Yaan. Harris Jayaraj is composing the music for this film. Elred Kumar and Jayaraman are producing this film. Many have asked me that why I have not handled the camera for this film. I felt that if I handled the camera, I cannot direct. That is why I gave the responsibility to Manush Nathan."
